Amanda Hawkins – Director
Amanda Hawkins is a Director of Finshore with overall responsibility for Sales and Marketing strategy and associated budgets. She has management responsibility and oversight of Finshore’s client facing teams who provide recruitment and consultancy solutions to a number of organisations.
Amanda started her career working for a start-up technology recruiter before moving to a global company, where she developed business change and technology capabilities exclusively for the investment management industry.
In 2013, Amanda was asked to join a leading management consultancy to take responsibility for client projects, partnerships with software companies and business development across Europe and North America during a period of significant growth. Amanda also launched and had responsibility for the group’s specialist recruitment business.
Amanda has a proven track record of developing client solutions, project oversight & team management. She personally works with clients to deliver high profile projects to achieve a range of complex business objectives.
Personal Summary
Amanda’s passions include sport, the great outdoors and music. She can often be found in military fitness classes, adventuring or at live music events. Amanda recently set up a group of netball teams who play on a weekly basis in her home town.
